De lessen duren 1.5 uur, te weten een uur yoga oefeningen en de resterende tijd om even bij te komen\/praten met een kopje thee. <br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Eten kort voor de les is af te raden. Men draagt makkelijk zittende kleding. In de lesruimte zijn matten aanwezig, men dient een royaal (bad)laken mee te nemen om op te zitten\/liggen.<\/p>\n<p>Gedurende het gehele seizoen kunnen mensen een kennismakingsles meedoen bij de volgende groepen: hatha yoga, raja yoga en yoga voor mensen met long\/post Covid.<br \/>\nIn september 2024 zijn er kennismakingslessen, tijden zie hieronder, kosten kennismakingsles \u20ac 10,00.
